We invite Chief Residents to join us on Tuesday, August 13th for our 14th Annual Chief Resident Leadership Workshop. Dean Trevor Young will set the stage for this annual leadership event.
Our Keynote Speaker Dr. Bob Bell, Retired Orthopedic Surgeon and Former Deputy Minister of Health, Ontario will share the “Three Qualities of Leadership”.
Associate Director of the Postgraduate Wellness Office, Dr. Heather Flett will provide a brief overview of the office’s services along with an interactive discussion.
Dr. Shelly Dev, Director of Education in the Department of Critical Care at Sunnybrook, will give a talk on Burnout.
Our afternoon will be rounded out with a panel of former Chief Residents moderated by Dr. Kaif Pardhan, Division of Emergency Medicine and representatives from PARO for an interactive presentation.
