PGME is thrilled to be introducing its inaugural Leadership Certificate Program, open to residents in all programs. This longitudinal program based on the LEADS in a Caring Environment Capabilities Framework will consist of 7 evening sessions between September 2019 and April 2020. Through a competitive enrolment process, trainees will be selected and given the opportunity to further their leadership knowledge and skills. The application process will be open from May 13 to June 10, 2019.
