Residents are welcome to join us for our second Resident Leadership Forum on Tuesday, November 20th at 5:30 pm – Remarks will begin at 6:00 pm.
The theme of this forum will be centered on “Playing with Power” – How do you recognize, cope and recover from a situation in which you are dealing with a power play? Whether it be due to hierarchy, coercion, or other sources we’ll be using LEGO as a tool to enact and enrich the discussion around power relations.
This session will be led by Dr. Diane de Camps Meschino, Assistant Professor, Department of Psychiatry and facilitated by Dr. Anne Matlow, Academic Lead, Strategic Initiatives, Post MD Education, Dr. Rachelle Krause, PGY4, Adult Cardiology and Dr. Reem AlNalbulsi, PGY5, Ophthalmology.
