The Online Appointment Tracking System (OATS) is a centralized platform that manages the transfer and approval of appointment-related documentation, directly from University of Toronto fellowship training programs to the PGME Office. This system is only to be used to transfer appointment documents for clinical and research fellows that have accepted offers to fellowship training programs; it is not a fellowship application management system.
