Laura Leigh Murgaski, Program Manager, Program Evaluation and Quality Assurance, PGME, provides leadership and oversight of quality assurance activities that include accreditation support for all residency training and areas of focused competence programs at the Temerty Faculty of Medicine.
She has over 15 years of experience collaborating with PGME program leaders while working to maintain accreditation standards, plan and implement accreditation reviews, design and oversee the implementation of program evaluation frameworks, and support programs and departments through process and curriculum developments.
Laura Leigh is also a doctoral student at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE) studying the hidden curriculum effects on Program Directors and Program Administrators across Canada as they participate in PGME accreditation processes.
