The PGME office manages the collection and monitoring of all mandatory registration requirements on behalf of hospitals and training sites. As a learner it is your professional responsibility to inform PGME of any changes to your registration status such as leaves of any type or any registration requirements (i.e. VSS, CPSO licensure, CMPA).

For Visiting Elective Learners ONLY starting on or after July 1, 2026
All visiting elective learners must submit their full immunization and mask fit requirements for review through Verified™, a secure platform provided by Synergy Gateway Verified (SGV), our third-party document collection and verification partner.
