Faculty Lead, Internal Reviews - Royal College Programs
The PGME Faculty Lead, Internal Reviews – Royal College Programs, is responsible for providing input into the accreditation and internal review process for PGME programs. He will participate as an internal review team lead and will advise on the development and revision of guidelines and procedures relating to accreditation while fostering a mindset of continuous improvement on the accreditation process. They will organize and facilitate training to support programs through accreditation developments including Competency-Based Medical Education (CBME), accreditation standards, CanMEDS 2025 and directions or mandates from governing/regulatory bodies.
Dr. Mark Rapoport is a Professor in the Division of Geriatric Psychiatry, Department of Psychiatry at the University of Toronto and serves as Program Director for the Geriatric Psychiatry Subspecialty.
