POWER Helpdesk
The POWER Evaluation Helpdesk can be reached by phone: 416-978-8399 or by email: power.help@utoronto.ca. POWER Helpdesk business hours are generally Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response to your inquiry unless you are sending your request outside of normal business hours and your email will be reviewed the following business day.

POWER Online Help
Online help is available once you have logged into your POWER account. Click on ‘Help’ from the POWER menu options to view specific POWER-related information associated with your POWER profile (Program Director, Program Administrator/Coordinator, Teacher, or Learner).

POWER Training
Individual or group POWER Training sessions are available to Program Administrators and Program Directors. To arrange a session, please email the POWER Helpdesk: power.help@utoronto.ca.

Learner Orientation Sessions
