With over 10 years of experience with the Temerty Faculty of Medicine, Elicia brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her new position. In her previous role with the Department of Family and Community Medicine, she led a multi-year admissions process improvement initiative. This project involved comprehensive change management, where she supported leadership, faculty, and residents through significant transitions.
Elicia's background in driving process improvements and her ability to support complex organizational changes make her exceptionally suited for this new role.
