Trainee Power Screen – Trainee Teaching Effectiveness Score(TTES) Report

University of Toronto PGME trainees can be evaluated by University of Toronto Undergrad Clerks/Medical Students, should PGME trainees train them during their rotations.  Clerks can complete teaching evaluations on PostMD trainees via their Evaluation system called MedSIS.  Once completed MedSIS sends the teaching evaluations directly to POWER to the PostMD trainee’s program’s Program Director’s POWER screen.

Your program has the option to enable the Trainee Teaching Effectiveness Score (TTES) report on your POWER screen.  Your program also sets a minimum number of teaching evaluations completed before you can see your TTES report.  If this function is enabled then you will have access to the Teaching Effectiveness Score menu item on your POWER screen.  The report is displayed on the right of the menu.
