Trainee POWER Screen – Rotation Schedule
The Rotation Schedule function displays the Trainee’s rotations for the current Training Session only. Click Rotation Schedule from the menu to view the schedule.
Once the Program Administrator enters the Trainee’s rotations into POWER the Rotation Schedule screen gets populated with that rotation information on the Trainee’s POWER screen. The schedule appears as shown in the sample below.
To print the schedule click ‘Print Schedule‘ found above the schedule
Rotations are of 3 types: Standard, Longitudinal, and Multi-Site
Standard – A trainee assigned to a rotation at one location for the whole period of allocated time. See above screen shot for an example of a Standard rotation.
Longitudinal – A trainee assigned to a rotation at one location however not on a daily basis, for the period of time allocated. Eg. 1/wk, 1/mth, 2x/wk, etc… See above screen shot for an example of a Longitudinal rotation.
Multi-Site – A trainee assigned to a rotation(s) at multiple locations during the period of time allocated. Each rotation and location is considered a Subrotation of the entire Multi-Site rotation. See above for an example of a Multi-Site rotation.
