REPORTS – Completion Status: Rotation Evaluations
Complete Status: Rotation Evaluations menu item displays the status of rotation evaluations that were assigned to Learners in order to evaluate their completed rotations. The screen basically gives you an idea of the completed status of your rotation evaluations.
To view rotation evaluations, click Reports, then Compl Status: Rotation Evals from the menu.
A list of criteria to search from will be displayed at the top of the screen. Once the criteria has been selected click Search.
Rotation evaluation information of each Learner will be displayed. This screen does not allow to view/print the individual evaluation forms.
As of 2015-2016 rotation evaluations can be completed at the subrotation level(s) of a multi-site rotation. In such cases the multi-site template name will appear under the Part Of column shown above. If nothing appears then the rotation is an individual Standard rotation.
