Evaluation Comments

The Evaluation Comments function allows lets you view comments entered on rotation or teaching evaluations, for any rotation service in the program.

To access the eval comments function, click “Reports” and then “Eval Comments“.

Select the Evaluation Type and the Rotation Service and any other criteria required.  In the Search for: box, you are able to enter specific keywords. The system can search for more than one word; enter a comma after each word. When searching for multiple keywords, you have the option of choosing to receive results with all keywords (Any Words (OR)) or to limit your search to those results that contain all your keywords (All Words (AND)).

Click Search to view the result.

(Note: Evaluation forms with no comments will not be displayed.)

The screen shot below displays the results.  The system highlights in yellow the words found and displays the total number of times the word(s) were found.

Note: You can print this screen by clicking the right mouse button and selecting Print.
