The Vacation/Absence Report screen generates a report listing vacation and/or other types of leave days per Learner or all Learners, provided the information has been entered via the rotation schedule Vacation tab in POWER.
To view vacation/absent information on your Learners click Reports, Vacation/Absence from the menu options.
The Vacation/Absence Report screen includes filters you can select to generate the report you require.
Note that Leaves that are normally approved by Postgrad and updated in Learners’ Registration profile in POWER, such as maternity, paternity, and long-term disability types of leaves are not included in the Vacation/Absence report.
