Unlock Form

The Unlock Form function enables you to re-open a submitted Learner evaluation or ITER. This function is found by clicking Tasks, Unlock Form from the menu options.

Teachers sometimes request to have a Learner evaluation unlocked in order to modify it. Program Directors and Admin Coordinators have access to carry this function out.
Identify the rotation in question by searching it using the criteria found at the top of the screen. Once found click Unlock to the right of the evaluation form.

The system will automatically and immediately re-open the evaluation in the respective Teacher’s POWER Task screen. It will be displayed in …continue status. The Teacher should click …continue to modify the form and Submit it again.
