CONFIRM REGISTRATION COMPLETED
Check POWER Messages on your Initial View Screen– You are fully registered if you see:
“Your registration is complete. Please select ‘Reg. Confirmation’ on the POWER menu. You will be able to print your Registration Confirmation, please ensure you select the correct training session. The registration confirmation may be needed by your hospital teaching site, U of T libraries or TCard office.”
A Confirmation of Registration Letter can only be printed once all registration requirements are marked as complete in POWER. CPSO, CMPA, or any other requirements cannot be waived for this.
