Accreditation is part of a continuous improvement process for both our accredited programs and our PGME Institution. Since the accreditation survey visit in November 2020, we have been working on addressing the areas for improvement identified, continuing to onboard programs to CBD, and preparing for accreditation follow-up activities that will take place in November 2023. As part of our PG institution continuous improvement process, we have been focusing on the onboarding experience for learners, pathways for learners to report mistreatment, access to Wi-Fi for learners at our hospital sites, and teacher feedback and assessment systems. Our Action Plan Outcome Report (APOR) on these themes will be submitted to the Canadian Residency Accreditation Consortium (CanRAC) in November 2023.
